Owner of January Creative (januarycreative.com), Amber has been a self-employed graphic and web designer for over seven years, starting early in her collegiate career. Highly involved in all facets of design and marketing, Amber is passionate about design, marketing, freelancing (particularly as a student), and entrepreneurship. Amber graduated from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee in August 2012 with two degrees: a Bachelor in Fine Arts in Visual Communications with a focus in Graphic Design, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Management.
Actively involved in the freelance community, Amber can be found in books and websites about freelancing, including the largest freelancing website FreelanceSwitch (freelanceswitch.com) and online tech and news site The Next Web (thenextweb.com).
